Marjoray Destroyed After Mishap at Gate RIVER DOWNS, California, Ohio, June 21. T. S. Dills Marjoray was scratched out of the second race today, when she reared while in the paddock and struck her head, inflicting a wound which necessitated the track veterinarian to destroy her following the mishap. All monies wagered on her were refunded, it was announced by mutuel manager Joseph Kelly.
