ALAN F. was sent into command when the early leaders went very wide on the first tum, was steadied in advance, shook off WIN FIN, then held STE. FRANCES safe. The latter, never far back, closed stoutly through the stretch and was wearing down the winner. WOBBLE PUMP raced in a contending position while saving ground and held on well. BEAN POT raced evenly, but was unable to engage the leaders. WIN FIN was used up chasing the winner and quit. MILKYMOON could not improve his position. CHERO-KAID went very wide on the first turn while leading. K0K0 G. was eased up after going very wide on the first turn. MAJOR V. was steadied closest to the pace, responded well when roused to go around BAGNELL and drew out under pressure. BAGNELL, fastest away, opened up a clear lead, was steadied in front while saving ground, but could not resist the winner. BETTY VAN, unable to match the speed of the early leaders, closed fast between horses. DOUBLE BOURBON raced forwardly all the way, but was unable to improve his position. JUSTIFIED raced evenly. GIANT SERVANT closed well after trailing early. MY GRACE could not keep up. EXTREMUS quit badly. TRICKY WILLIE, fastest away, was hustled into a clear lead, drew out on the final turn, but had to be kept under pressure to hold KENTUCKY SON. The latter, never far back, swung to the outside for the drive and closed with a rush. POODOO raced closest to the pace of the winner and held on stubbornly. BUSY MAIDEN closed a good gap from a slow beginning. SWEET IRENE had early speed, but could not keep up. BETTY SKELLY made a feeble bid in the stretch. MIAMI ROSE was never prominent. WAR MISS improved her position gradually, was taken to the outside on the final turn, then closed with a rush. SUPER MARINES, steadied back of the early leaders, moved up fast in the final furlong, but was no match for the winner. BREAK THRU, a forward factor from the beginning, held on well. AFTER EIGHT, forwardly placed, made a stout bid on the stretch turn, then hung. VALDINA BRIGHT raced evenly, but could not threaten. TANG0WER LEE closed some ground from a slow beginning. OLD SILK was unable to enter serious contention at any time. GRAND LOVE had speed to set the early pace, but quit badly. VELVET HEELS, never far back, moved up stoutly for the drive and finished gamely undec strong pressure. ROBINS PET had speed to take a brief lead on the backstretch, but weakened. ALLDEPENDS closed some ground from a slow beginning. REVIEW raced evenly and forwardly on the outside, but was unable to improve her position. JOHNNIE EHRET was unable to menace the leaders. FAFF was never prominent. GALLANT HOUR flashed early speed, but quit. NAANCAN showed nothing. BUBBLING EASY was steadied closest to the pace of BUILDER disposed of the latter readily to take a clear lead on the final turn, but had to be kept under stiff pressure to hold JESTING FOX. The latter was never far back, was roused sharply in the final furlong and was wearing down the winner at the end. LIGHTFOOT LADY, a forward factor from the beginning, but forced to race on the outside, closed stoutly. BUILDER was hustled into a short lead before the winner, but could not meet her bid and weakened. MAY FLY closed some ground after being sluggish early. JODAS JOE made up ground late. POWDERED MILK was unable to engage the leaders at any stage. SACAT0N had some speed, was in close quarters early, then quit. TINYS CHOICE was unable to match the early speed of the leaders, moved up quickly on the outside on the final turn, then closed stoutly. VALDINA INFANT, never far back, held on well. ROSE CANYON was very sluggish early, but closed with a belated rush. SEAPAR was not dangerous. STELL moved up threateningly on the far turn, but hung. BONNIE CHARLIE was not dangerous.
