SILVER DRIFT, between horses rounding the stretch turn, closed well. BABY LEA, quick to begin, saved ground and held on well. HESTER S. dropped back at the far turn. SHIFTY MAE was fractious at the post but broke well and raced forwardly from the start, moved into command for the stretch run, then began to tire in the final strides. GALLALAD was well up from the start, responded to pressure in the stretch run and finished fast. FOXY JACK was steadied along close to the pace and moved up strongly under urging. VOLATILE was under pressure from the start and had no mishap. SPITEFUL SUE showed a good effort. JOHNNYS BOY was fractious at the post. SH0CK0E raced well. FLYING RAID had a flash of early speed. EASY LIVING was a prominent factor from the start between the leaders, but tired in the final sixteenth. SANTAS BLITZEN, in near pursuit of the pace, had no mishap. GALA FOREVER showed a good effort. BROWN MOGUL was well up from the start and came around the leaders turning for home, disposed of INROC and drew away. He was worked cut one mile in 1:43. INROC dwelt at the start and was sent up fast, came around the leaders turning for home, then tired. FALSE MOVE was slow to begin and was outrun, responded in the stretch run and finished well. TIDY BID, quick to begin, had early speed and then stopped. STYMIE was left at the post, made up some ground, then was worked out seven furlongs in 1:27. IMA FASTONE and SCHOLARSHIP both tired. ALPHARA had early speed and then stopped. STAR BOUT, quick to begin, was shuffled back. ALTHIRD began slowly. ILLKEEPU began slowly. ROMAN ROAD wask knocked back going to the far turn. The latter improved his position, came to the outside for the drive and finished fast. STEVEN PETER forced the early pace, disposed of HIGH TINT, then tired. LANOVA made up ground after a slow start. FLIGHT NURSE began slowly. TEDS SPECIAL had no mishap. PRECIOUS YEARS was never a factor. KIMBERLEY stopped.
