HBPA Meeting Sunday PASCOAG PARK, Pascoag, R. I., April 30. — A meeting of the New England division of the Horsemens Benevolent and Protective Association will be held Sunday, May 4, at the Manger Hotel, in North Station, Massachusetts, near Boston, for the purpose of electing officers. The session will be called to order at 2 p. m. Officers to be elected are vice-presidents, secretary, treasurer, and committeemen. At present, Arthur Gaignard, Sr„ and Pat Catalan o are co-vice-presidents, while H. O. Simmons is secretary-treasurer.
