Secnav Yankee Candidate SUFFOLK DOWNS, East Boston, Mass., May 20. The Mill River Stable, through trainer H. A. Luro, has advised racing secretary John P. Turner, that they will have the three-year-old Secnav on hand for the 5,000 Yankee Handicap here on May 24. The Bull Dog colt had a successful winter campaign in Florida and finished second to Bullet Proof in the Chesapeake Handicap at Havre de Grace a week ago last Saturday.
