Apprentice B. Scott Astride First Winner at Randall RANDALL PARK, North Randall, Ohio, May 23. Apprentice Bill Scott rode the first winner of his career when he piloted R. C. Jewells Three Thirty in the second race here today. The lad is 21 years old, a native of Princeton, Ind., and is contracted to Jewell. This was his third mount on a recognized track. As second choice to Flag Shifter, who finished as the runner-up, Three Thirty brought about a .20 pay-off. Air Victory was third, and time for the six furlongs was 1:20, over a heavy track.
