Scelzi Buys Two Juveniles DELAWARE PARK, Stanton, Del., May 30. The Ella K. Bryson stable this morning disposed of the juveniles Swim Girl and Make Hay, to J. V. Scelzi. They will, in the future, be conditioned by George Meyer. That conditioner will also pick up Joe Mandell for training. Joe Mandell last summer established a mile and a sixteenth track record of 1:44and at Atlantic City.
