Wrights First Greentree Win DELAWARE PARK, Stanton, Del., May 30. Apprentice William Stephen Wright has been under contract to the Greentree Stable since 1947, but did not ride his first winner for that stable until he won with Repentance in the second race here on Saturday. Wright, who is 19 and hails from the Bronx, New York, was sent to the Fair Grounds at New Orleans last winter to gain experience and rode four winners. His first victory was scored on Illstay, at the Fair Grounds on December 3, 1948. He tips the scales at 106 pounds.
