Henry Arrives at Beulah BEULAH PARK, Grove City, Ohio, May 19. — Charles F.- Henry arrived here Friday morning from Garden State Park in New Jersey to confer with Bob Read, president of the Thoroughbred Owners Protective Corporation, which will take the place of the Thoroughbred Owners Trust Fund of which Henry was trustee. The plan protects owners of horses that have to be destroyed due to injuries while on the tracks for a race. Owners of thoroughbreds that have tp be humanely destroyed will receive" ah amount equal to the net value to the winner of the racet
