Set NASRC Convention Dates LOS ANGELES, Calif., June 19.— , The California Horse Racing: Board today announced the dates of April 7-11, inclusive, for. the National Association of State Racing Commissioners 1952 convention in San Francisco. The dates were judged the most suitable to all racing commissioners and will be slightly in advance of the opening of the spring racing season on most East Coast and Midwestern racetracks. The. three San Francisco bay area tracks, Bay Meadows, Tanfor*an and Golden Gate Fields, will be host to the visiting NASRC members. The dates were decided upon following an executive session of-the board at which Dwight Murphy, chairman, and members Maj. Gen. Kenyon A. Joyce and Jack Sattler were present.
