Jockey Miller Grounded ARLINGTON PARK, Arlington Heights, HI., June 19. — The stewards here today issued the following ruling: "Jockey William Allen Miller is hereby suspended -10 days for Tough riding in the fourth race of June 18, effective June 20, through June 30. Jockey Miller is per-|jnitted to ride his engagements for June -20, the effective date of the suspension."
