COUNTRY BOY II., energetically hustled to remain within striking distance, rallied strongly in the stretch run and rapidly opened a long lead. LET ME THRU, taken in hand at the start, began improving position after a half-mile and closed fast to be clear of the others. JOIE DE VIVRE, lightly steadied close to the pace, responded to take command on the stretch turn, but then weakened. HARD TRY, under steady pressure, saved ground and reached the front, but tired. STRATEGIC TURN weakened. RESOJET, under urging showing speed, raced wide and juit. KILLEYBEGS was unable to untrack himself. GANELON quit badly. Scratched— 283314 Graymar Royal, 114.
