Two Detroit Rulings DETROIT, Mich., June 19.— The Michigan Racing Association stewards posted the following rulings here today: "Trainer J. Logan Wheat and groom J. Logan Wheat, Jr., are fined 5.00 each for falsification of age on license application of J. Logan Wheat, Jr." "Trainer Louis Hurwitz is fined 0 for employing unlicensed help."
