Commission Rulings Reported to Daily Racing Form At a meeting, of the Illinois Racing Board yesterday, the following action was taken: Apprentice Patrick Moore was granted a probationary license. The rulings of the Lincoln Fields stewards in the cases of jockeys Gerald Porch and John Bev were upheld and each will serve a total of 15 days on the ground. A rehearing was granted Leonard L. Lieber, a groom, under suspension since last August and the board took the matter under advisement. The license committees report was approved. DETROIT, Mich., June 19.— Michigan Racing Commissioner Frederick E. Harris posted the following ruling here today: "Trainer W. C. Mason is restored to good standing of this date." Mason was ruled off at the Detroit Fair Grounds in 1949. LOS ANGELES, Calif., June 19. The California Horse Racing Board today passed a rule making 10-day suspensions for rough riding mandatory. The board also revoked the owners license of Joseph Vincent Tutto-bene for violation of Rule 347-B, , dealing with false statements on ap-lication for license. The board denied an application for a trainers license to Harry Edward Howe and denied an -application of Louis D. Garazuzzi for an exercise riders license.
