Campbell on Hand at Detroit DETROIT, Mich., May 22. — H. Allen Campbell, member of the Michigan Racing i Association directorate, was on hand this I morning to greet horsemen and officials at the office of racing secretary Charles J. McLennan. Kenneth Noe is conditioning several thoroughbreds to race under the silks of Mrs. Campbell, the unit recently arriving here from Churchill Downs.
