Dance Nsing Seeks Lincoln Feature 1 Accorded Big Edge Over Seven Rivals Runner-Up to Gushing Oil in Last Start Has White Brand And Sea Ripple to Defeat HAWTHORNE, Cicero. 111.. June Hi— Buddah Stables greatly improved Dance Nsing, who battled Gushing Oil in a hard fought finish in the Peabody Memorial Stakes on May 30, comes out tomorrow for his first start since finishing second to Sam E. Wilson, Jr.s colt in that holiday fixture. The Seven Hearts gelding meets seven other three-year-olds in the feature event on the Lincoln Fields program here a Hawthorne. The race is called the Greater Chicago Hotel Association Purse and is to be run at the distance of one and one-sixteenth miles. Dance Nsings opponents include a two-horse entry from the Hasty House Farm, consisting of Sea Ripple and Elmborough. The others are W. H. Bishops White Brand, Reverie Knoll Farms War Antique, Fritz Dorigos Emerald, J. W. Huggetts Yale-man and Augustus and Nahms Rumor Sir. All but the maidens, Yaleman and Elm-borough, who have 114, will carry 119 pounds in this feature, which offers a purse of ,000. The Buddah Stable gelding, claimed for ,000 by his present owners at Hialeah Park last February, won a race three weeks later at Gulf stream in which he was entered to be claimed for the same amount. On May 15 here at Hawthorne he won another ,000 claimer, beating Princess Ann by two lengths. He finished second in his next two starts and then made his holiday exploit gainst stakes competition in the Peabody Memorial. His opposition tomorrow is considerably lower in class than Gushing Oil and the others in the Peabody Memorial, and he shapes up as the probable public choice. Others Have Run in Claimers Several of the others have also run in claiming races. White Brand has won a couple of races at this meeting, his latest outing on June 5 ending in a victory for him. The two maidens, Elmborough. who finished second, and Yaleman, fifth, ran in the Billings Purse on May 29, won by True Melody. Sea Ripple, who broke his maiden on May 2 at Churchill Downs, has been unplaced in two starts since then. He started only twice at two, his stable-mate, Elmborough, once. He is by the imported Australian race horse and sire. Bernborough. Rumor Sir, Emerald and War Antique, all winners at two, have made only a few starts this season. Another interesting attraction on the Thursday program is the Miss Stephanie Purse for three-year-old maiden fillies, nine being named, including- Clifford Mooers entry of Flare and Larco. Others ; are Knollwood Farms Kukla, N. W. Brents Polnettie, Earl H. McMahons Gosh o Mighty, G. G. Schreibers Israfel, W. H. Bishops Injector, Brown Hotel Stables Gracile, and W. C. Tacketts Nemesis. They will meet at six furlongs. Besides the feature there are two other races at one and one-sixteenth miles, also i a five-furlong dash for two-year-old maiden colts and geldings. The latter attracted 10, including First Shannon, Coherence, Guy, . Show Ring, Ky. Beauty, Jerry My Boy. , A Gem, Tool Pusher, Judge J. B.. and Mok- i a tuck.
