Elect Officers at Sunshine Park WILMINGTON, Del., June 11.— The annual meeting and election of officers of the Sunshine Park Racing Association convened here yesterday. Lincoln G. Plaut, who last winter guided the Oldsmar, Fla., one mile course to its most successful meeting in its six years of operation, again was elected president and general manager for the 1953 season. Harry Jacobs of Wilmington, Del. and Justin V. OConor, Jr., Washington, D. C. were elected vice-presidents and John W. Kane of Wilmington, Del., will again serve as secretary-treasurer. E. P. "Bill" Cody of St. Petersburg, Fla., was named to the board of directors.
