Stewards Rulings WASHINGTON PARK, Homewood, HI., June 8. — The Balmoral stewards issued the following two rulings here today: "Jockey Bennie Green is suspended for 10 racing days, June 9 to June 20, inclusive, for rough riding in the third race of June 7. "Jockey Charles Burr is suspended for 10 racing days, June 9 to June 20, inclusive, for rough riding in the fifth race of June 7." "Groom Morris Taylor, of 505 South 20th Street, Louisville, Ky., TRPB No. 91053, is suspended for the balance of the meeting, ending June 18 and it is recommended to the Illinois Racing Board that his license be revoked for falsifying his application and because of a long record of offenses involving violation of the narcotics laws. "Groom Bill Aris, of College Park, Atlanta, Ga., TRPB No. 91084, is suspended for the balance of the meeting, ending June 18, for being intoxicated in the stable area." FAIRMOUNT PARK, Collinsville, III., June 8. — The stewards here issued the following ruling dated June 7: "Jockey Carl James Daigrepont is hereby suspended 10 racing nights for rough riding during the running of the seventh race Monday night, June 6. Suspension period to commence June 9 and terminate June 22, both dates inclusive." J POLO PARK, Winnipeg, Man., June 8. — The stewards issued the following ruling under date of June 4: "For failing to give horses racing room on the inside soon after the start of the fifth race this day, jockey Jimmy Fitzsimmons, who rode Free Ticket, is suspended for three racing days effective June 7 and terminating June 9." LA MESA PARK, Raton, N. M., June 8. — The board of stewards issued the following ruling: "For failure to make his accepted weight-in the fifth race, June 4, jockey Robert L. Hays is fined the sum of 5. "For crowding horses on the inside, going to the turn in the sixth race, June 4, apprentice jockey Felix Chavez is suspended for four racing days, June 6 to June 19, inclusive."
