Stewards Rulings "WOODBINE PARK, Toronto, Ont, June 27. The stewards here issued the following rulings: "Jockey Dave Stevenson is fined 5 for misuse of his whip during the running of the third race on Saturday, June 25. "Trainer F. H. Merrill, Jr., is fined 0 for causing a disturbance in the paddock following the running of the fourth race on Friday, June 24." FAIRMOUNT PARK, Collinsville, HI., June 27. The stewards here issued the following rulings today: "Trainer Ray N. Amlung and owner Gladys Kosloff are hereby suspended for the balance of the Fairmount Park meeting and their cases are referred to the Illinois Racing Board with the recommendation that their respective licenses be revoked for violations of Rule No. 215, sub-paragraphs E, F and G , in that they failed to disclose true ownership or interests in horses , owned by Gladys Kosloff and trained by Ray N. Amlung; for making mis-rcpresentations-and false statements in their respective applications for licenses, and wliose activities and practices are undesirable and detrimental to the best interest of racing. "All horses owned by Gladys Kosloff and all horses trained by Ray N. Amlung are hereby suspended during the period of this suspension." "Jockey Billy F. Scott is suspended 10 racing nights commencing June 28 and terminating July 9, both dates inclusive, for rough riding going into the clubhouse turn Friday night, June 24, during the running of the ninth race. "Jockey Charles Billeaud is hereby fined the sum of 0 for striking jockey James V. Clemens with his whip on the clubhouse turn, during the running of the ninth race Friday night, June 24. "Trainer William Skidmore, Jr., is fined 5 for failing to appear at saliva box after the running of the second race Saturday night, June 25." LANSDOWNE PARK, Vancouver, B. C, June 27. The stewards issued the following ruling under date of June 23: "For not allowing the inside horses proper running room rounding the turn at the three-eighths pole in the eighth race, Wednesday, June 23. Jockey M. J. Haycock, riding Cowdenbeath, is hereby set down for three racing days, commencing, Saturday, June 25, 1955."
