Hawaiian-Breds to Race at Longacres LONGACRES, Renton, Wash., June 27. Hump Roberts, president of the Washington Horse Breeders Association, will race three Hawaiian-bred horses at Longacres this summer. The three-year-olds Deldid and Alizumba, which arrived in this country last September, will be making their racing debuts. Aliba started at Spokane last fall. The horses will race for the Ulupalakua Ranch, Ltd., a major ranch on the Island of Maui, with Mr. E. K. Baldwin as president and manager. The Longacres meeting of 54 days opened Friday afternoon. The session will be conducted on a five-day-a-week basis, Wednesdays through Sunday.
