Anthony, Johnson Matched At St. Nicholas Arena July 11 NEW YORK, N. Y., June 27 UP. Tony Anthony and Tony Johnson, New York light - heavyweights, today were signed to meet in a 10-round bout at St. Nicholas Arena, July 11. Anthony, a former National AAU middleweight champion, has scored 18 knockouts in winning 23 bouts. Hes been defeated three times. Johnson, who fought to a draw with Billy McNeece in his last start, has scored 22 victories in 36 bouts. He has been beaten six times.
