Promising Earns Narrow Decision in Suffolk Dash SUFFOLK DOWNS, East Boston, Mass., June 8. — Palatine Stables Promisingi a two-year-old daughter of Cassis — Grand Promis, recently shipped here from Garden State Park, earned a close decision .over B.
