Tobin Rote Accepts Terms GREEN BAY, Wis., May 25 UP. — Tobin Rote, number • one quarterback for the Green Bay Packers last year, today signed his 1954 contract, coach Liz Blackbourn announced. Rote is returning for his fifth Packer season. The other half of Black-bourns big quarterback pun cH— Babe Parilli — has not come to terms as yet.
