ALBERT ROHRBACK MANAGER MIAMI. Fla.. April *.— Albert Rohrbaek I has been appointed general manager by the i board of directors of the Southern Racing Assoeiation, Ine.. which is building a new racetrack midway between Miami and I aim Beach. It is planned to open the inaugural meeting early next year. Rohrbaek is an experienced racing official. He was identified with the building and management of Connaught Iatk in Ottawa, and is popular and well known in racing circles throughout the- country.
