TO PROTEST CAR RULING PIMLJCO Md May 12 L A Cassidy general manager of the Miami Jockey Club was a visitor this afternoon Mr Cassidys mission here was to confer with R I Miller a prominent attorney of Washington D C on behalf of the Miami Jockey Club Mr Cassidy engaged Attorney Miller to appear before the Interstate Commerce Commission to protest against the proposed rule limiting the number of men in a car to two Hereto ¬ fore six men have been allowed to one car ¬ load of horses and complaint of the horsemen of the addiitional expense imposed upon them has been taken up by the Miami peopl who arc financing the action
