SYRACUSE LICENSE GRANTED ALBANY N Y June 26 The State Hac ing Commission today certified to Secretary of State Edward J Flynn that it has issued a license to the Onondaga Racing Associa ¬ tion to hold running races and steeplechases at its race track near Syracuse N Y July 4 to July 14 inclusive and September 15 to September 29 which provides for twentyone days of racing The license which is signed by Chairman Herbert Bayard Swope of the State Racing Commission specifies that the license is granted upon the condition that all running races or race meetings shall be subject to the rules and regulations pre ¬ scribed by The Jockey Club ClubA A certificate was also filed with the sec ¬ retary of state that the amount of the cap ¬ ital stock of the Onondaga Racing Associa ¬ tion has been fully paid
