MISS PURRAY bettered her position at a loss of ground, was carried wide when engaging MATURE and finished on the extreme outside. CRACKLE forced the early pace under strong urging and weakened in the drive. BARTERING KATE, allowed to drop back when outrun, saved ground entering the stretch and finished fast.
