V - / I MOUNT ROYAL PARK NOTES | 4, i In the race for the Chez Maurice and Province of Quebec Racing Association trophies, apprentice George Watson has taken the lead, which has been held by E. Fator since the opening of Blue Bonnets, when he scored in Mondays racing and went into the lead by one point, having a total of seventy. Jockey K. Horvath has tied with Fator, each having a total of sixty-nine. J. Passero is next in line, with sixty-seven; then comes H. Peake, with sixty; L. Laurin, fifty-six, and C. Ralls, fifty-two. Jockey E. Jelley, who fell with Chauve-souris in the two-year-old race Monday, has , developed a slight concussion and has been placed under observation in the Western Hospital for a few days. Jelley had previously injured his skull while motoring to Montreal from Toronto. The management of Mount Royal has announced that every day, with the exception of Saturdays, the ladies will be admitted free. G. R.
