CANT SPELL; WHIPPED WASHINGTON, D. C, April 10. Little Norma Jean Green, three years old, was in the Casualty Hospital here as a result of two whippings with a strap given to her by her father because she could not spell "Patty" for him. Mrs. Green says that Norma Jean can spell "Patty" but is afraid of her father. Police are seeking Green.
