BOGUS "SWEEPS" TICKETS NEW YORK, N. Y., April 10. The district attorneys office today revealed that it has evidence, definite proof, that "Sweepstakes" racketeers are taking an annual toll of millions of dollars from New Yorkers on fake tickets. These tickets are usually almost perfect reproductions of tickets in the Irish hospital sweepstakes.
