SLAYER OF THIEF FREED Mrs. Mary Boksa, who took the law into her own hands, went seeking the burglar, George Psioda, who had rifled her home, and who shot him to death when he refused to return her property and struck at her, was freed Tuesday by a verdict of justifiable homicide by a coroners jury.
