AWAIT GOVERNORS SIGNATURE BOWIE, Md., April 10. Governor Nice has until Friday to sign the racing tax relief bill, passed by the Maryland legislature. There are various other measures awaiting his signature, and he has announced that he will make his decision on them this week. It is generally understood that he will sign the measure.
