ACCUSE THREE IN FAILURES INDIANAPOLIS, Ind.f April 15. M. Spencer, county prosecutor, last week charged S. S. Meyer, former president of the Meyer-Kiser bank; Richard Miller, former, president of the City Trust Company, and M. V. Rinehart, former vice-president of the Washington State bank and Trust Company, with embezzling deposits. The three banks named have been closed for almost five years. The failures of these banks cost depositors millions of dollars.
