1 GENERAL NEWS OF THE DAY o Samuel Insull must stand trial again, the United States attorney-general deciding to try him and his associates on the remaining federal indiclment resulting from collapse of the Insull utilities. The government action is said to be taken upon the recommendation of United States District Attorney Dwight Green.
