FREE INNOCENT MAN OLYMPIA, Wash., April 15. Governor Clarence D. Martin has1 approved parole of Hal Grandon, who confessed that he committed a crime for which Lee Bradeh was serving time. Bradeh "was pardoned and rcqeiv.ed ,QCQ from the state as reparation. He had served eleven months.
