Racing secretary Charles L. McLennan is Busy making up the weights for the ,000 Harford Handicap, to be run opening day. He expects to attract a top-notch band of sprinters. Coming upon the heels of the Bowie meeting, form players will have a much better line on the thoroughbreds, thus the "iron men" should get a strenuous play.
