I HAVRE DE GRACE NOTES o g Jockey Clifford Stafford returned from New York and immediately swung into action. Stafford is second in the jockeys race for the 00 gold watch presented by general manager Edward Burke to the rider piloting the most winners during the meeting. Maurice Peters leads the list. R. A. Moores seven-year-old gelding, Thursday, which has been named to start in the Philadelphia Handicap, reached Havre de Grace after a fast trip from Jamaica. Arthur Hullcoat has made plans to ship his stable to Narragansett Park Tuesday, closing day of the Havre de Grace meeting. R. Robertson has had his good three-year-old Bright and Early unsexed. George Mayberry, who has the T. . .P. Swords horses at Havre de Grace, will load the horses of that establishment for shipment to Narragansett Park Sunday.
