TOP ROW MAY BE FIRED SAN MATEO, Calif., April 25. Dr. W. E. Lovell, famous race track veterinarian is reported to have announced today following an examination of Top Row that he would recommend the son of Peanuts be fired and turned out for at least two months. Up to press time, owner Baroni stated that he had heard nothing from Dr. Lovell. If the horse is fired the operation may be performed be-, fore the running of the Bay Meadows Handicap, which would automatically cause the Baroni star to be scratched from that event
