OUT OF STEP, awav well and in eailv trouble, moved up on the outside rounding the stretch turn, responded to pressure and* wore down PLANETARIUM in the final eighth. PLANETARIUM, fractious at the post, moved into contention with a rush and had no mishaps. STRIDER showed early speed, saved ground, but stopped. HYPO had no mishaps. The others were outrun. The latter, in nearest pursuit of the pace from the start, "had no mishaps. GAY MINETTA showed early speed and had no mishaps. INA DEAR raced well. TWO EDGED could not keep up.
