w EARLIER POST TIME LOUISVILLE, Ky., April 29.— Racing at Churchill Downs here Saturday, Derby Day, will start at 12:30 oclock and the field for the Derby is expected to line up for the start at approximately 4:40 oclock. Post time for the opening race is earlier I than ever before, indications of a record crowd causing Col. M. J. Winn, executive | director of the track, to advance the starting time thirty minutes over last year.
