v PLANS CONEY ISLAND MEETING? LEXINGTON, Ky., April 29.— There is a story afloat here to the effect that William V. Dwyer is making plans to lease the Coney Island track from the receiver at Cincinnati with the intention of having a meeting there this year. The story further runs that horsemen holding rubber checks and others having merely claims will insist that the receiver, if such transaction is entered into, exact rental sufficient at least to pay off tha obligations arising from the last race meeting there.
