Jockey F Hall departed for Detroit Tues-| day morning, where he will be in action I throughout the meeting in the Wolverine state. Benny Creech returned from St. Joseph, Mo., and assumed charge of the thoroughbreds he is training for Mrs. A. M. Creech He attended the burial of his brother-in-law, Lon Hector in the Missouri city. Jack Lloyd, valet, underwent a minoi operation for boils and was confined to his quarters Tuesday. Jake Atz, former manager of the Fort Worth, Shreveport and Tulsa baseball teams, is an employe of the mutuel department at the Fox Valley Jockey Clubs course. Jockey Tracy Reno, left for Columbus, Ohio, where he will ride during the Beulah Park meeting. Eddie Thomas, who is to do the starting at Detroit, was a visitor here Tuesday afternoon. He plans to remain here for a few days. The Fox Valley Jockey Clubs stewards announced that jockey H. Dudley was suspended for the remainder of the meeting for cutting across his field with Lo right after the start of the second race Tuesday. After an absence of fifteen years, J. E. Farley has returned to the trainer ranks and will condition Montmary and Just Imagine for Mrs. J. E. Farley.
