CAMERA AT LOUISVILLE LOUISVILLE, Ky., May 12.— A photograph was used for the first time at Churchill Downs when Lucy and Chalk Eye reached the end of the mile and one-sixteenth in the eighth race Monday so closely aligned that the placing judges could not separate them. The picture showed Lucy, which was on the outside, the winner. All Bays was a length and a half back of Chalk Eye to take third honors.
