EPSOM DERBY FAVORITES Special Cablegram. LONDON, England, May 12.— Lord Astors Pay Up, winner of the Two Thousand Guineas, his stablemate Rhodes Scholar, and the Aga Khans Taj Akbar are equal favorites to win the Derby at Epsom Downs, May 27. In todays callover they were held at 17 to 2 each. Boswell, owned by the American, William Woodward, was 35 to 1.
