GOLDBERG PREDICTS BIG YEAR Dave Goldberg, distributor of Daily Racing Form in Detroit, passing through Chicago on his way back to the Motor City, stated that Detroit racing, because of business conditions prevailing at present in that city, will have the biggest year in its history. Goldberg said that President Clarence Lehr and director of racing Joseph A. Murphy, of the Detroit Racing Association, are confident that the Fair Grounds sport this season will be bigger and better in every way and plan to offer contests that no fan within hailing distance of the track will be able to resist.
