ROCKINGHAM PARK NOTES — — s- Carlton Palmers Flamenco, the imported ► English thoroughbred, has been nominated for the Speed Handicap, the ,500 added opening day feature of the spring meeting. Ralph Seavey, prominent New Hampshire sportsman and member of the New Hampshire Legislature, has been named resident manager in charge of personnel at Rockingham Park. Seaveys appointment was announced by the board of directors. He is a former trotting horse man and also served as steward at the inaugural meeting of the Agawam Park race track at Springfield, i r.Itss., last season.
