j ARLINGTON PARK NCTTES - Secretary McLennan announces that his stake book for the Arlington Park meeting is in the hands of the printer and- will be ready for distribution to horsemen tomorrow. This attractively laid out opus sets forth the nominations for the seven stakes which will feature the thirty-day meeting at Chicagos most important racing grounds. Once again history may repeat itself in the crowning of a thre-eyear-old champion at Arlington Park. It was the mile and a quarter Classic Stakes that settled the divisional championship upon Blue Larkspur, Gallant Fox, Cavalcade and Omaha in previous campaigns, and this season the divisional aspirants come to the classic still fighting for the top honors. Racing officials for the meeting are: Stewards C. J. Fitzgerald, Sr. representing the Illinois State Racing Commission, and George Brown, Jr.; racing secretary and handicapper Charles J. McLennan; placing judges Sidney S. Brown, C. J. Fitzgerald, Jr., C. A. Kenny; paddock judges William Doyle and Emmett Hileman; starter Roy Rickerson; timer William Cunningham; patrol judges William Doyle, William Davis and Emmett Hileman. clerk of scales C. J. Fitzgerald, Jr.; entry clerk Sidney S. Brown; totalizator department director Mort Shaw; state veterinarian Dr. G. B. McKillip.
