CH0JNACKI STARS AT OMAHA Begins Day at Ak-Sar-Ben by Piloting First Three Winners Weather Continues Hot. OMAHA, Neb., June 27. Apprentice F. Chojnacki, one of the outstanding riders at Ak-Sar-Ben field, started off with a bang Saturday when he rode the first three winners on an eight-race card. Chojnacki pilot-? ed Pancoast, the odds-on choice, to victory in the first race and came back to win the second with My Model, and third with Keenest. Chojnacki rode strongly on his mounts, bringing Pancoast from behind Nervou3 Lady to nip the latter in the stretch and he then turned the tables on W. Jackson, who outrode him the other day, to win a nose decision with My Model over Our Spot. He Devil was third in the latter race and might have won had R. McClellan been able to control him. The light boy was unable to keep him from swerving in the stretch, however. A crowd of about 6,000 braved the torrid weather to make the trip to the track Saturday and a good card was run off. The track was fast. With but one week left of racing at Ak-Sar-Ben field, many horsemen are preparing to ship their arrivals to other points. The stable of Hynes and Beezley, comprising sixteen head, departed for Longacres Saturday night, while several more carloads of horses will be shipped to the Seattle track next week. Apprentice Chojnacki made it three winners in a row by piloting Keenest, a Nebraska-bred two-year-old, to victory in the third race. Keenest led most of the way to defeat Angelita by a nose, while Blind Sage, the favorite, finished third.
