HELIOS REGAINS FORM DETROIT, Mich., June 27. A disqualification .for Helios on June 17, when he defeated Inheritor, appears to have rejuvenated the son of Diomedes. Since then he has won two races, and Friday he gained a nose decision over Peeper. Benefited by finishing on the outside of Peeper, Helios number was displayed as the winner. In all nose finishes here, the camera has favored the outside horse.
