I MOUNT ROYAL TURF NOTES I s Walter Richey, acting for Joseph Cat-tarinich, sold the yearling gelding by Cudgel Miss Hogan, to PhHlip Mecklenburg, who races an extensive stable on the Ontario tracks. The yearling will be eligible to the Provincial Nursery next season and the Quebec Kings Plate as a three-year-old. Jockeys A. and C. Martinez departed for their home in Havana, Cuba, Monday night. Armanda, youngest of the brothers, was recently operated upon in a local hospital and advised by his physicians to remain away from the saddle for at least three months. Trainer E. Deguire is shipping Partisan, Sienna and Flying Start, the property of G. Drake, and Anoka, which performs for Miss McLeod, to Long Branch Tuesday evening. E. P. Rickards gelding, Cosmio Prince, was also included in the shipment. G. K. Allen, veteran trainer, is taking the platers Vee Eight and Super Power to Nar-ragansctt for the rest of the New England season.
